Our ServicesIHA offers StemWave™ acoustic wave therapy and chiropractic care as part of a wellness-focused practice. Our services are intended to support mobility, function, and overall well-being and are not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.2. EligibilityOur services are intended for adults. If you are booking on behalf of a minor, you confirm you are their parent or legal guardian and are authorizing care on their behalf.3. Appointments & CancellationsAppointments may be scheduled through our online booking system. We ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for at least 24 hours' notice.
Payments for services already rendered are non-refundable. In the event of repeated late cancellations or missed appointments, a $50 fee may be charged to the card on file or added to your account balance. We'll notify you before any fee is applied.4. PaymentPayment is required for services rendered. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout, including available financing options. Pricing for our services is available upon request or at time of booking.5. MembershipsCertain services are offered on a recurring monthly membership basis. Membership terms, including billing cadence and cancellation process, will be provided at the time of enrollment. Memberships may be cancelled at any time with 30 days' written notice. Notice may be submitted via email. Membership fees remain active and billable through the end of the 30-day notice period.6. Health DisclaimerThe information provided on our website and during consultations is for general informational purposes and does not constitute medical advice. Individual results vary.
